Le Dokhan's, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Paris
A journey through time
Located in a superb 1910 Belle Epoque building, Le Dokhan’s was born when the renowned decorator and the owners decided to create an intimate hotel with irresistible charm.
The delicate fragrance of the scent of a wood-burning fire, specially made for the hotel, greets guests the moment they step into the lobby. Leaving the busy city behind and entering their cosy, elegant living room they discover an authentic private residence scattered with prestigious antiques and artworks.
The same warm, intimate mood can be found at the champagne bar, which should be a stop before entering one of the 45 guestrooms and suites that are designed in the style of typical Parisian apartments.
The soul of Le Dokhan’s
The hotel owes its charm to the Parisian owners’ dedication to source décor that is original and unique, from the paintings by Matisse and Picasso to the parquet floors and wainscoting from a 17th-century château. The fabrics and furniture were custom-made by renowned artisans, to nurture its exceptional soul.
Managing Director Fabrice Martin greets Le Dokhan’s guests as if they were staying at his own home. Monsieur Martin makes it a point of honour to personally be at their disposal at all times.
The teams offerdiscreet, personalised, attentive service to cater for our guests every need. From making a simple booking to organizing a tailor-made stay, our guests are our first priority.
The elevator
Unique to Le Dokhan’s, the lift is made from a genuine vintage Louis Vuitton steamer trunk.
With its famous monogrammed canvas, wooden uprights and timeworn studs, the interior nostalgically recalls a time when travel was an art — which it still is today at the Dokhan’s.
